Executive chef Monty Koludrovic from Bondi’s legendary Icebergs Dining Room & Bar and Surry Hills hot spot The Dolphin Hotel is returning to his Northern Rivers homeland and joining Head Chef Alastair Waddell and wild food researcher Peter Hardwick for a one-off dinner exploring the Northern Rivers native ingredients.
