Wednesday, May 17th. Celebrity chef Clayton Donovan and winemaker Jared Dixon of NSW winery Jilly Wines join Harvest Newrybar in the first chapter of Wild Harvest – Chefs Series.
Donovan will work alongside forager Peter Harwick and executive chef Bret Cameron to design a four-course menu ($75 p/p) inspired by culinary pilgrimage and the local landscape.
Turning the tables on the pairings ($45 p/p), the menu will be crafted around Jilly’s small-batch natural wines that reflect their provenance and Harvest’s sustainability-focused ethos.
