Wednesday 28 November. Zeb Gilbert from Noosa’s two-hatted Japanese restaurant Wasabi will be joining head chef Alastair Waddell and forager Peter Hardwick for a one-off Wild Harvest with a menu exploring Australia’s under-utilised ingredients. Wasabi continues to raise the bar for Queensland dining, showcasing seasonal produce and specialist Japanese plants from their farm at Honeysuckle Hill, and the amazing seafood caught daily from the local fishing fleet. Expect highly crafted dishes that combine Japanese flavours and techniques with regional ingredients.
