Harvest Newrybar welcomes top culinary talent to work alongside head chef Alastair Waddell and forager Peter Hardwick to create a series of one-off menus exploring & showcasing Australia’s under utilised native ingredients. For each event, Harvest’s award winning sommelier Russ Berry will be inviting smaller Australian growers that produce interesting wines to showcase their offering, for us to get excited about.
