Harvest is pleased to announce our new menu. Our kitchen team lead by Executive Chef Bret Cameron and Peter Hardwick revered forager, has enabled the development of this exciting new menu, with the notable use of wild and native ingredients.
In what has been a measured transition with the dedication of our passionate staff, the recent changes to our operation hours and the direction of our menu, has seen Harvest take a leap from that of a café to a restaurant. Wild Harvest featured each Wednesday evening, has proven to be successful by the staff and patrons. Enabling the kitchen to create, experiment and test dishes has been invaluable in recent menu development.
Embraced by the fantastic team of hospitality professionals we have working at Harvest, the changes have confirmed to be a move in the right direction and an exciting journey has begun.
