Option 1. @ $55 pp to include 6 canapé + 2 substantial dishes + 1 dessert canapé

Option 2. @ $70 pp to include antipasti grazing station 6 canapé + 2 stand up dishes + 1 dessert canapé.

Antipasti @ $15 pp antipasti platters (only as additional to option 1 or below menus ) @ $120 per platter with cheese @ $150 per platter.

Premium provincial banquet – up to 80 guests $110 pp

A feasting style menu with a whole beast from the wood fired oven and to include harvest sour dough, side dishes and condiments and individually served dessert for each guest. The menu is a wonderful harvest experience of bringing paddock to plate and interactive with our staff and chef.

For events or weddings of 60 guests or more where there is live music or a dj, both the restaurant and bakery must be booked.

Harvest on location – offsite catering

Harvest on location can create dining and drinks packages for your offsite event. From intimate dinner parties, weddings, parties and large corporate events we can create the Harvest experience for you and your guests wherever you are.


While our packages provide a framework for your special day we ensure you have the day you have dreamt of with every detail attended to by our professional staff.

Minimum spend

There is a minimum spend of $65 per head for lunch bookings and $80 per head for all evening events held at harvest in the old bakery, restaurant and private dining room.

Set up & styling

Our staff will assist in simple set ups and place names for weddings and special events that you have provided. We suggest that you deliver your items to our co-ordinators prior your event within 3 plastic boxes clearly labelled with your name and event date.

Decoration items are to be acquired at your own cost and will not be supplied by harvest.

Suppliers can deliver flowers and or decorations & furniture up to 2 hours prior to the event. Should your event require substantial decoration, a stylist is available for an additional cost.

Our events team will provide you with ample information to support you with organising your own event. You may need additional assistance and we can supply the names and details of suppliers that can assist you. It is up to you as the client to ensure your suppliers understand the delivery & pick up times.

All larger items like furnishings for styling or from hire companies must be collected at the end of the event; if this is a night time event, the allocated collection time is 11.30pm.

Harvest holds no responsibility for lost or damaged decorations. Please notify us if you wish to apply anything to walls.

Strictly no glitter, sparklers, confetti or rose petals to be used in any of our venues.

All candles must be covered in candle holders or vases for safety. No naked flames.

Linen & glassware

A $3 per person linen surcharge will apply to all sit down events.

Confirmation & deposit

Credit card details are required upon confirmation. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required within 7 days of making the reservation to secure the date of your event. Your deposit is non-refundable but transferable should you move to another date.

The requested date is not confirmed until receipt of your deposit. 50% is required once your menu and beverages are chosen. The remaining account is to be paid 7 days prior to the event. Outstanding balance incurred during the event can be finalized at the time with the credit card details that are held by our manager. Should you wish to have beverages on consumption then the account must be settled on the day.

Owners and management have the right to debit your credit card for any damages incurred during your event. Should you have excessive glassware or table ware breakages, damages to building and furniture or noise issues you may be liable for these damages.


Payment by cash or credit card are accepted 7 days prior to the event. Credit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge will apply and 3% on amex. Bank cheques are made payable to bengal business pty ltd and can only be accepted 14 days prior your event. Bank transfers are available and account details can be forwarded to you and will appear on your account information.

Should payment not be received prior the event harvest reserves the right to cancel your event unless specific arrangements have been made otherwise, please contact our office on: accounts@ harvestcafe.com.au to make the necessary arrangements.

Confirmation of guests

Guest numbers are to be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event to ensure all preparation and staffing requirements are met. Once final numbers have been confirmed full payment will be charged. Should your number of guests be less than quoted on final numbers, harvest will not refund any moneys. Should you have extra guests then payment by credit card will apply if harvest is able to provide for the extra numbers.

Gratuity service charge

A service charge will only be applied to your final account. The service charge only applies to food and beverages not to our venue hire fees.

Cancellation policy

The deposit is non-refundable, but transferable should you wish to change the date, subject to availability. Harvest reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund the deposit in the event of unforeseen circumstances out of our control. All cancellations must be in writing.

Should you cancel your event within 21 days prior to your confirmed date a further 20% payment is non-refundable and will debited from your current account or credit card.

Responsible service of alcohol

Within the regulation of responsible service of alcohol, harvest employees have the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest we believe to be intoxicated in any form and to persons under the age of 18 years or without proof of identification. The patron will also be refused alcohol should the patrons’ language be inappropriate to our staff or other guests. Please note that in accordance to our liquor licensing there can be no service of double shot spirits and no shooters or shot glass spirits served at any time. This may differ in other states of Australia but please be aware of our regulated laws and respect our staff for not being able to serve you with these options.

Byo policy

Byo food is not permitted due to health and safety regulations. With events that wish to byo cake, full responsibility must be accepted by the patrons for any food allergies or food poisoning. Any remaining cake is to be taken at the end of the event unless prior notice has been given to staff at the time of the event. Harvest holds no responsibility for any items left behind. Byo alcohol and beverages are strictly not permitted.


Byo cake pricing is $5pp.

Opening and closing hours

For events, opening hours are as follows in accordance to our liquor license: Breakfast from 9am – 11am Lunch from 12pm – 3pm Dinner served from 6pm – 11pm No alcohol can be served after 11.00pm and no alcohol can be taken off the premises.

Music and entertainment

Harvest has ample space for live musicians and dj’s inside the restaurant or in the bakery. No drums are permitted as we are situated within a residential area.

All music must be kept at a reasonable level, we suggest that you ensure your band or dj knows the set up and guidelines prior to arriving at harvest. Should the music not fall within our guidelines, you may be declined your music for your event.

Our restaurant does not have an ample PA for dancing but for back ground music only. You will also need to contact our sound technicians for a radio mic for speeches along with speakers. Our bakery has a pa system and cordless microphone for your use.

A data projector and a 2.3 metre wall mounted screen available for hire at $120 per day. VGA connection. All free to air tv channels available.


There is no smoking allowed on the premises, guests will be asked to go to allocated areas.


A 10.30pm amplified music curfew will be adhered to, background music may be played at a lounge level until 11.00pm. All guests must begin departures at 11pm with all guests departed from the premises no later than 11.30pm.
