Blessed with some of the country’s most exceptional producers on our beautiful Byron Bay doorstep, as well as our own organic kitchen garden, the menu at Harvest is created using the freshest organic and sustainable ingredients and changes each season to reflect the availability of produce. Our chefs work closely with local growers and our on-staff horticulturalist to uncover the most exciting treasures of the season and design menus that allow the produce to shine. We love watching the journey of a humble seedling become a star ingredient on our menu and are always excited to create new favourites with the next season’s harvest.
